Metro strives to be a welcoming and inclusive place for people of all abilities. It wants to ensure people can access and enjoy Metro venues, parks, programs and services without any barriers. Metro’s vision is to transform structures and processes not only to identify and remove barriers to access and participation but also to center the experiences of disabilities communities and their needs.
The Accessibility Advisory Committee comprises 15 members representing Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Committee members are appointed to a two-year term.
